2017 – Be Kind

Be Kind was painted in September 2017 by artist Amy Peel and features the word “BE KIND” cut out of a detailed floral and leaf pattern on an aquamarine background.

Amy said about her work:

The work was originally created as part of a submission to the Cruelty Free Festival regarding animal cruelty. I think it has a message to be nice to each other as well as its original purpose to be kind to all animals. I used standard interior wall paint for the background colour and Ironlak paint markers for the black and green details.
