Specified was painted in November 2017 by SG – and features a bright red heart formed of 3D squared shapes in a mass of green and blue cubic shapes. SG painted the piece using 100% aerosols, a mix of MTN94s and Montana blackline.
SG says about the piece:
All my work has this boxy, geometric look to it. I basically freestyle the shapes, every time I paint a heart it’s different.
I guess I felt the want to include a heart shape in this mural because of recent events
and the public discussion about equality.Maybe the Beatles had a point, and love is, in fact, all we need.
