Sin Sun was painted by artist Rosa Lopez in February 2018 and features a woman with her arm held up across her face, shielding her eyes from the sun (“sin” in Spanish means without).
Rosa said about her piece:
I inspired my art in common situations that happens all the time. Casual and instantaneous moments that we live.
I wanted to do something simple in the space that’s why I just put one image and simple letters.
I used the dark pink colour because it looks nice next to the others murals that are next to my spot.
