KADE

Simon Murray – AKA ‘KADE’, is a Sydney based graffiti artist known as KADE, born and bred in the inner city suburb of Redfern.

His graffiti journey started in 1984, learning the ropes of a very competitive and colourful subculture.

He draws on original 1970’s and 1980’s subway art from NYC for inspiration as well as guitar based rock music.

KADE has been a mainstay of the Sydney graffiti scene for 35 years.
