This panel was completed in 2013 by DestaOne, StayOne and Jiesk – and features a graffiti artist with a can and a guy with a baseball cap.
The face of the graffiti artist was later painted-over (by who?) with a more macabre white face and blood-red lips – in the style of DC’s Joker.
