2015 – Wide Awake

Wide Awake was painted in late October 2015 by Cheeky Observer using aerosol cans.

Cheeky Observer says:

“‘Wide Awake’ is a concept I’ve been tinkering on for a while – set against such a beautiful ocean backdrop I want this mural to inspire people to keep their minds, hearts, and eyes awake to the wonders of the world around us.

We so often switch on the ‘autopilot’ setting through our everyday routines, it takes effort to consciously be aware of our surroundings, and therein be inspired to think, or create, or do.”
